Amazona Society US
The Amazona Society has joined the Parrots International “Adopt a Nest” Program to support the Bahama Parrot, Amazona leucocephala bahamensis. 100% of each $500 ”Adopt a Nest” donation goes directly to support this seasons field studies for the project led by Caroline Stahala, M.S. Each Adopt a Nest supporter will receive updates from the field, photos of their chicks, and a chance to see their parrots in the wild. Each fledgling will be banded with color coded rings to allow individual identification.
